They were assigned to fix my heater by my warranty company on a Friday and made an appt. for Monday. The tech ordered a part and said he would pick it up at his office and return the next day, but did not call or come. After 4 phone calls to customer service reps on Wednesday, they scheduled another appt for Thursday, then canceled and rescheduled for Friday.
