The new managers are outstanding. The garden area is beautiful. The views are beautiful.
Kyle and his wife Shawanette are great landlords. Very personable and reasonable people. It's nice being able to text them and get a response in 10 mins. Always super fast to take care of any issues, and nice genuine people. Rent prices are very reasonable, and the apartment is in a great community. Once my FedEx package was delivered in front of the wrong unit (FedEx's fault), and the landlord checked the whole apartment to find it for me.
Vali Hai should certainly be considered for a residence as its community and management are very warm and welcoming. There is a high concentration of young professionals, families and retirees within the building, which make the grounds feel inviting and safe. I appreciated Vali Hai's central location, which allowed me to get to work downtown, party in Cap Hill/Ballard or head to Northgate with little to no problem or delay.
