I had a wonderful experience with Valhalla Roofing. They replaced my roof earlier this month and were done in a single day. Supplies were delivered on time before installation date, and communication with Joshua about rain delays was clear. He met with me at my convenience to discuss the job and to accept my deposit and final payment. Joshua and his crew really went above and beyond, and the job site was left in impeccable shape. I can't say enough about their professionalism!
Josh went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. When our roof started leaking and continued for over a week, he personally came out and put a tarp over the affected area to prevent further damage—without hesitation. His dedication and quick action made a huge difference. The quality of work was excellent, and the communication throughout the process was clear, timely, and professional. Highly recommend Valhalla Roofing!
We had a leak after all the recent rain and called a couple of different places to get quotes. Josh was by far the most responsive- worked us in the next day to come out and look at it and give a quote. He is absolutely the most communicative professional I've ever worked with. He emailed to say he was working on the quote, emailed the quote, emailed to say he would contact us with a day work would be completed, communicated the work window and showed up as expected.
