Most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been to. They do not follow state regulations on drug testing and many other things! They make up the rules as they go. The dosing nurses are great. But beyond them it’s a total shit show that makes you not want to go back! If you have issues they do not get addressed at all! Even the regional director doesn’t do her job! This clinic increased my dose up 10 full milligrams without my knowledge or consent due to “protocol”. I’ve been in the clinic for about a year and a half now, slowly dosing down since 99 MG. I was on 35 MG and next thing I know I was on 45 MG. An Entire month had passed before WE realized I was ingesting an extra 10 MG. I've been a patient here for going on 5 years now, having 3-4 different insurances throughout. Despite knowing my co-pays/coverages to a "T", the Woodbury location's billing office continued demanding more money despite already paying my co-pays each and every visit. Never go here went there for years then the lady tried to make me pull my pants down to my ankles and spin around.I refused after telling them I would show them whoever my penis in cup but wasn’t comfortable showing my whole privates.Then I have 906 refund that I keep chasing from person to person.All around bad experience.Winchester is supposed to be much better although it’s the same company.Never again they make a person wanna relapse.

Denied being readmitted after I moved to New Orleans because I request too many specials for my job. This business is ridiculous. Not to mention they killed my little brother.
