My experience was exceptional. Everything was clearly explained to me during the visit. The dental hygienist was very thorough and overall gentle. She was very knowledgeable and shared some great Information ! The staff were polite and kind. I’m so glad I decided to choose this office for my Family Dental needs.
Review for Valhalla Dental My experience with Valhalla Dental was extremely disappointing and distressing. When I asked the doctor a simple question about what he saw that needed to be changed on my crown, he did not explain his clinical reasoning. Instead, he said that he “would not change the crown if it was not necessary.” That did not answer my question — I simply wanted to understand what he was seeing and why he believed an adjustment was needed. Called the office at 4:30pm regarding a crown issue and they fit me in early the next morning. Truly a patient-first practice. Great staff, highly professional work.
