I literally can not believe the poor customer service I just received at this establishment. I was very excited to go to this office. I called before hand to verify they took my insurance and was told over the phone that it was accepted . I spoke with a representative named Chanel. She set my appointment for 7 am which is extremely early. I got to my appointment on time and then she tells me that they do not accept my insurance. I switched to Vahalla about 8 months ago from my longtime dentist of 25 years. I was nervous about the switch, but I have found Valhalla to be a wonderful practice with a wonderful staff. Toni has taken good care of me and is very understanding of my concerns. I can highly recommend this dental practice.
