This building is absolutely filthy. The laundry facilities in particular are horrid. I’m not sure the washing machines have ever been cleaned since they were installed - see photos attached.
Have been waiting over a month and a half for someone to reply to our maintenance request (tiles are popping out of floor...now uneven surface so safety issue and looks terrible). Have already had someone trip but super and property management not even responding. Have sent request through the metcap portal and three follow up emails. So sad that they put building renovations ahead of actual paying renters/tenants needs.
