Had been having adductor pain and issues running for 6 months and I came and saw Shane who was awesome and saw I was quite weak in certain areas and made a strength plan for me to work through, I’m only two weeks in and I already feel so much stronger and the pain has gotten a lot better and I’m able to start slowly increasing the pace, I couldn’t be more happier. I also had Mhairi take me through my program and she was great. Highly recommend them both.
I have been coached by Shane for the past couple of years for strength training for trail running. He has a comprehensive knowledge of biomechanics and is consistent and patient in his support towards helping me achieve my goals. He's also super chill and can engage in good banter, and we have developed an excellent rapport which is also crucial in making steady gains.
