I personally do not reccomend this office. I dont want to write a small novel about it as a review, so I will try to give the short version. The first appointment should have been a sign, but my thought was mental health stuff is hard. But when I was trying I first went in I was made very uncomfortable when I was trying to explain what I was feeling (including that I felt I was autistic) and what I felt was going on, because he felt asking the same questions and I didn't feel like I was being allowed to explain or being hear... read more

No one ever answers the phone. Doesn’t matter or you can morning or afternoon. Referral was sent 2 weeks ago and they can’t even find it

I wish my daughter would have been referred elsewhere. She was referred here due to some serious mental health issues. This clinic definitely has patients they prefer over others, and that was obvious during my first visit. So far I have been cancelled on twice, and when I called to get clarification about a message that was sent to me in error, the receptionist was not friendly. I am definitely going to look for another practice.

Valetudo has been a huge help with our daughter's Autism journey. The staff is very nice and professional, the office was clean and had things for her attention, very very thorough with our questions. Thank You so much everyone
