Bas, bad experience, waiting for an appoinment, and never answer the phone
I feel like imo this place takes advantage of people receiving state benefits such as Medicaid. The place is dirty. Staff is not knowledgeable. The place is a mess and everybody that works here seems so lost and out of place. & I work in healthcare. Some of the things that were said to me were unprofessional. It’s like they have no training. I had to stop going.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. We really like the psychiatrist my daughter got and she got us on a med that helped her tremendously but something is way off with their process. we have had 5 different times were we cant get them to submit the script in time and we have a laps of medication which is completely un acceptable. Both my son and my daughter have had rollercoasters of emotions going on and off drugs because they cant seem to figure anything out.
