Great experience with Valet, customer hired us to relocate items during renovation and the communication with Valet made it a very smooth. Will definitely work with them again.
Poor communication and unprofessional behavior. The estimator scheduled a time to give us an appraisal and estimate on the job, but didn’t show up at the scheduled time. When asked what his eta was, he said he had to go to a different job, and “sorry for the inconvenience”. Such unprofessionalism.
Valet did an amazing job with my project. From start to finish everyone was on schedule, communicating with me throughout the project, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't recommend them enough!
