The new owner who took over in the summer of 2023 is dreadful. He also owns Valet Pool. His demeanor is rude and unprofessional. Their pricing is excessively high, despite the misleading impression given by their longstanding history since 1968, the company changed ownership about a year ago. We've been loyal customers of Custom Pools for over 30 years, appreciating Ginny and the team's honesty, reliability, and fair pricing.
