Elvin the gentleman with the beard and red dyed hair was the rudest person I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m here for my sick grandfather and to be treated so terribly when you’re already in a very low mindset is unforgivable. He hates his job and maybe should consider a new career path if he chooses to work in a highly sensitive work environment some compassion and patience would go a long way. I simply asked a question and he was short snark and completely unhelpful.
