never get the same story twice. the most helpful employee the entire time was the bell man. rooms are decent...if you are lucky enough to get a room in the main tower.
If you stay on a higher floor you receive free and efficient wifi from the executive lounge
Great breakfast and good coffee.
Easy access to everything downtown. Plus my room had great views. I will be here again! Thank you Hilton!
