Room smelled like smoke. Water goes from scorching to cold. Housekeeping doesn't refill coffee. TRAIN WAKES YOU UP AT 3, 4, 5 AM! 4 strikes, you're wayyy out.
Do not let them put you in building 2. The train will keep you up.

If you're here for a special event in one of the ballrooms, get the bread pudding! It's magnifique!!!
Go see Mardis Gras World. They make the floats there. Take the complimentary shuttle. If you drive and there is a convention going on, they charge you 10.00 parking fee!
Great hotel. Start w/Drago's oysters and you're off to play.
I like the decore. They have a classy style with some nice New Orleans inspired art
Loved the friendly service at the bar and the deinks were good.
