Found driver parked I front of my house blocking driveway and when I asked why and what was his reason for blocking our driveway (in a private neighborhood) he said “that’s not your problem”. He then became hostile refusing to move so to not be parked blocking my driveway. I filmed the incident and reported it to police. Frankly, it’s hard to know where to begin—but the abysmal customer service at Parc Central East is a glaring issue. The arrogance, negligence, and complete lack of accountability from the employees, along with the apparent indifference of Valet Connect’s management or ownership, is unacceptable. This company appears more focused on finding any excuse to impose extra charges than on providing even the most basic level of service. Very disappointing experience. The valet service is slow, often taking 20–30 minutes to retrieve a vehicle. I also noticed attendants sitting inside cars and eating, which feels very unprofessional. It seems they go through vehicles as if looking for something, which is unacceptable. On top of that, this valet is more expensive than the previous provider. I strongly recommend avoiding this service if possible.
Clipper Building (Aventura) If i could give them ZERO stars I would. They have this system where you follow the link you receive from the text message to request your vehicle and pay in advance, so by the time you get downstairs your car is ready, this is never my case because my car is never ready. My last two experiences have been horrible on 08/30/2025 when I got downstairs of course my car wasn’t ready and the employee instead of helping me out, decide to help someone that arrived after me and handled me my car keys so I... read more
