Was advised here my monthly pass from the south Guelph location doesn't apply here. Contrary to what south Guelph told me. I paid separately and went through the wash. Wash was ok but virtually no drying. The windshield was left completely wet. To the individual at this location who replied and apologized for the lack of drying. You requested who at the South Guelph location advised my monthly pass was good for more locations - I signed up several years ago and do not recall.
Went here for the first time, wash came out decent, definitely better than others in the area, the staff on the entrance was friendly, the staff on the exit however felt the need to yell like a child because I didn’t go instantly when the light turned green. The car wouldn’t shift into drive for a second which was the reasoning of the delay. The dude yells “GO GO GREEN MEANS GO” like thanks buddy I’m not 2 years old! Definitely will return but I’d prefer to not get yelled at for something so small next time 👍
dirty after a $33 wash
Not recommend. I’ve been here about 13 times this month and more than half the time the wash was is either “frozen” or non operational. The dryers aren’t that good either. Today they had almost every person scrape the wheel wells if the cars before they go into the wash. Then an hour later they closed the wash lol. Save your time and money go they Cambridge valet it’s significantly better, with better service and overall experience and in the last 5 years that I’ve been a member there I’ve never seen the car wash closed down... read more
