Very helpful and friendly staff. And vehicle came out amazingly clean. Over-all, a wonderful experience.
Car wash itself is really good, and I’ve been using Valet Car Wash at different locations for the last 9 years. However, the skinny long-haired guy working there is very rude and has no manners when speaking to customers. Today I moved my car slightly toward the loading area and he started yelling at me very rudely. He is often on the phone, which makes it confusing whether he is telling to move forward or stop the car. He really needs better customer service training. This is a great spot. Maurice was beyond helpful in getting my membership set up, clearly places a high value and priority on the customer and that was evident in his warm demeanour and clear dedication! Fantastic spot, look forward to many more washes ahead!
