You will get good service any time you patronize them.
Winter time when I go through a wash the car comes out with soap still on it on the driver's side. It's very busy and there is little space between cars. Therefore the equipment is always dirty. If I don't bring the driver's side mirror in it almost gets taken off. The back doesn't get very clean.
