I read the other reviews too late. I was already waiting for 2 hours in a very cold room. After waiting another hour in the waiting room, the nurse finally told me, "Dr. Valeska isn't here. She might be arriving in the afternoon. Do you want to reschedule?" I waited two months for this appointment, and the front desk told me it would be another two months before another available appointment. I have had a very bad experence with this office, The staff and Dr are unprofessional, rude, and have no compassion, go somewhere else. Get quality care else where, you won't get it there, expect to wait over 2 hrs for NP. Dr Balderas is clueless on what I going on with her patients, she is condsending, rude and doesn't listen she places blame on patient instead of resolving the issues. Worthless GI pratrice. Seriously!
