My mother recently had a procedure at Endoscopy Center at Med Point in McAllen. When she spoke to my aunt regarding my mother afterwards, Dr. Balderas was condescending and callous towards my aunt's questions. My aunt isn't confrontational, unlike myself, so Dr. Balderas was fortunate she wasn't speaking with me because I would've called her on her attitude. 6/22/2021 called for appointment told AUGUST 23, 2021 was the earliest. Needed a RX but only given a courtesy RX of 30 days! Guess I need to find another doctor to cover the other month! Not the best patient care!
I have had a very bad experence with this office, The staff and Dr are unprofessional, rude, and have no compassion, go somewhere else. Get quality care else where, you won't get it there, expect to wait over 2 hrs for NP. Dr Balderas is clueless on what I going on with her patients, she is condsending, rude and doesn't listen she places blame on patient instead of resolving the issues. Worthless GI pratrice. Seriously!
