They were hired to do an appraisal on my home for a HELOC and the value came in shockingly low even after I had a realtor look at it. Orlando Valero should not be allowed to conduct home appraisals! I strongly recommend using anyone else for a home appraisal or your realty needs. He was hired by Sefcu to do a "drive by appraisal" of our home. I was told he would call to discuss our home, he did not. I tried calling him six times, left several messages. He couldn't even be bothered to return my calls to discuss the features of my house, for input to his appraisal.
