Seems like their car wash doesn't get maintained. Paid 20$ for Ultimate wash thinking I'd be getting undercarriage wash. Turns out it's broken. Otherwise OK wash.
Sold me a $20 car wash, paid in cash and did not tell me it was broken, then they would not give me my money back. Garbage customer service. I handed them a $20 bill. Just give it back. Rude.
