I would NOT recommend this medical group! No one ever picks up the phone. No one ever responds to emails sent to them either.
Horrible front desk service and more importantly, Dr. Nathaniel Nealis far from professional. I hate to say it but may be due to getting older as I sure it's not because of him NOT caring for his patients.
Took my mom here for an osteoporosis appointment. Was given very clear instructions and forms to film out for her initial visit. Wait times were exactly as specified. Dr. Nathaniel Neal strikes an amazing balance between professional and personable. It was clear he was a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor, but he also explained things in a way we normies were able to understand. I don't know why a professional doctor's office would allow the public/patients to be treated in such an unpleasant environment. The front staff can be rude and off-putting. The phone system is meant to deliver pain to the caller and in today's world, why? Please say you are closed on the recording -- how difficult is THAT?
