I had a problem with an Australian Opal ring that I purchased at another store. Mark was very diligent in finding replacement stones that matched mine in color. He took excellent care to make sure that I was completely satisfied. So, I also had them make a silver band ring for me. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend any of my friends to go to see Mark and Valerie for their jewelry needs!
