Wouldn’t even rate this as a 1 star more as a 0 star. How can they go from saying they would accept my newborn an have me fill out the paperwork an then the next day call me an say they will not accept him as a new patient. So unprofessional. Why have someone go through all that work just to change their mind. It is impossible to find pediatricians now a days. Receptionist was very rude on the phone when she told me as well. I'm very thankful for Valerie. She took me back as a patient, and i couldn't be more grateful. Her and her staff are very caring and compassionate, professional people. They go out of their way to make you feel part of the family. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Valerie is nice and she always gave me what I needed. Although, you can tell that she is no doctor, I once went to an appointment with an ailment and she said “huh maybe you should google that”. As if I drove 30 minutes for her to tell me that. Also the receptionists are VERY rude, called for an appointment and the girl seemed inconvenienced by it, then I was told I would be given a call back if my symptoms seemed necessary for an appointment, pretty sure that’s not how it works. Never again will I go here!

Valerie goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. If I’m sick and need a last minute appointment, she’s always quick to accommodate whatever I need. I always leave feeling validated and like any concerns I had were addressed or I have a plan for action. Highly recommend Valerie and her staff to everyone I know looking for a PCP.
