This review is abouy sue stucker nurse pratitioner. Ive been waiting over a month for referal to get my knee replaced. I gave them all the records xrays reports etc. and the dr i have lined up for the procedure. This is and easy thing to do for any other drs office. It usually takes a week to 10 days. I guess sue stucker likes keeping me in pain.
Every time I have gone here the staff is phenomenal. Very kind and very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody as they are phenomenal people.
Wouldn’t even rate this as a 1 star more as a 0 star. How can they go from saying they would accept my newborn an have me fill out the paperwork an then the next day call me an say they will not accept him as a new patient. So unprofessional. Why have someone go through all that work just to change their mind. It is impossible to find pediatricians now a days. Receptionist was very rude on the phone when she told me as well. Wasn’t willing to understand my frustration as a single mom trying to find him a pediatrician 3 weeks... read more
