New patient visit went really well: Dr. Matthew was on time, asked many questions, set up blood work and next visit. Got BW done. Two days before scheduled appointment, I was asked to reschedule. Did this. Two days before this rescheduled appointment, same thing, I was asked to reschedule, which, of course I did. Finally was able attend the appointment... and waited for almost an hour.
