Dr. Johnson is the worst physician I have ever seen. Easily irritated. Refuses to explain her decisions. Easily offended by questions. Dismissed me from her practice for irreconcilable differences via a letter, then proceded to deactivate my patient portal access. I no longer have access to my providers, health records, portal journal, and linked apps. This is in direct violation of the 21st Century Cures Act doi: 10.1377/forefront.20220513.923426
