Dr Val is an amazing Dr and surgeon. She surely saved my life. Id recommend her 1000 percent...
Told me that my husband had Crohn’s disease after removing a bowel blockage when later tests found it to be cancer. Big difference! The most alarming part was that she never spoke to me again after that false information, ghosted us during our hospital stay at Good Sam (do not take your loved ones to that hospital if you want them to receive quality care), and I honestly don’t feel she should be anywhere near a patient let alone cutting them open. Perhaps I am biased seeing as how she made an error that nearly killed my sister - over ten years later, she is still struggling with profound cardiac and orthopedic illness and disability - but I’m shocked to learn she’s even still in practice given that she was not Dr. Halpin’s first victim and I can’t speak to who she has injured since. I wouldn’t let her do surgery on my mother in law and she’s dead.
Excellent doctor. She helped me tremendously. She genuinely cares about her patients. She gave me my life back, cant say enough good things about her.
