I absolutely LOVE Valerie!! She’s amazing at what she does, the first time I seen her I was still in a really bad place and in a depressive/manic state and she handled it greatly even when I got angry and stormed because I did not agree on what was said but she reached out to schedule another appointment and I slowly started to trust her more and more.. now I couldn’t imagine going to someone else.
After retiring and moving near Quitman I searched within a 45 mile radius for a medical provider with skills like Ms.Mcwhorter advertised. I am extremely pleased I found her. She listens and cares about how I am doing "life". We have worked together over one year. Paitent - medical provider relationships require trust. I trust this practitioner with my special needs.
I absolutely adore Valerie! She’s helped me get my life back after countless doctors appointments. She was super supportive when my first mental health medication didn’t sit right with me and helped me find the right one. She continues to go above and beyond for her patients and has no idea how appreciated she is!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go to her. She does not care about her patients. She will take a vacation and leave you without medication and does not have anyone else able to take over while gone. You can tell her you want to kill yourself and how. she will just gives you a new med or up your dose then push you out the door. Then when you do try to kill yourself she doesn’t change anything up but just a new med and sends you on your way. No plan of action or anything.
