Valerie is awesome! She's given me great feedback, wonderful life advice and all kinds of methods to deal with an arrangement of problems. Very laid back which makes therapy not so intense. 10/10 would recommend

Valerie is a big part of while I’m doing so well in life right now. When I started seeing her I was crippling in my depression and she showed me all of the skills I need to make everything so much better. She helped me get my back. I still go to her because she still helps with my everyday life and skills I’ll need later on in life to help me keep growing. She’s the best!

I have been seeing Valerie for around 1 year. She has been immensely helpful, and on many levels. Although I feel I'm thriving in my life more than ever thanks to her help, I still come to counseling because she hasn't just been great in helping me understand and process trauma; she has also been amazingly helpful with "smaller" things, which has been amazingly valuable and helpful as I become more secure and confident in my own ability to handle life's challenges.
