Valerie was excellent! She was very knowledgeable, she made me feel comfortable, and she was very positive. I had not noticed that one of my labs had not been run but she caught the error and immediately reinstated the lab order and sent notice to the lab that I was coming right down. The lab tech also did a great job- she remembered me since she had done my blood work only the day before. She quickly called the area where they run the tests and they still had my blood so they ran the TSH test using that blood, so I didn't h... read more
