I showed up early for my appointment. The woman up front checked me in and left shortly after, and then, I didn't see anybody else after that. I ended up leaving after 15 minutes into my appointment. I would have appreciated someone telling me they were running behind.
Went to this spa today and what a beautiful experience. The thermal suite with pool is stunning and so relaxing, I then got an amazing massage off Anchal. My muscles needed it and I felt so invigorated after the massage highly recommend her. We were treated to fruit and champagne with our package afterwards which was such a special treat. I will definitely be back. Five stars 🙌
Got my hair cut and colored for a reception and wedding, the cut was absolutely awful. The owners treated me horribly and I would never ever go back to this salon. Don't waste your money it's not worth it. They charge way too much. I don’t recommend these place to anybody they are not professional. Horrible horrible service. They treat there employees awful.
I was incredibly disappointed with Valeria Salon after purchasing a gift card specifically for a massage, only to find out they no longer offer massage services. This change was not communicated at all, leaving me with a useless gift card. Their lack of customer service and transparency has completely turned me off from visiting again.
I’ve been going to Donna for both color and cuts, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s extremely talented at what she does, and she always takes the time to understand exactly what I want. Not only is she great at her craft , she creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend Donna to anyone looking for a skilled and personable hairdresser.
