Beware of unwarranted add-on costs... My husband and I have been going to Providence for at least 20 years and have never questioned a bill. However, we got the billing information shown below... the "Treatment/Observation room" add-on charge was outrageous. I only went to the screening after getting a letter from the Breast Cancer Screen department of Providence telling me I needed to come in. My appt was on 10/20/2025 where I only sat down for a half hour with a nurse (not even a doctor) and gave the cancer history fo... read more

And the list keeps growing have an annual exam in November scheduled six weeks ago.  Get a call three weeks before the appointment saying that person is not gonna be available till January but we can set you up with an appointment the following day with your old primary care physician Realizing they told you three months before now that my old primary care physician had moved and you’ve been waiting two months to see your new primary care physician November 3

Worst facility try file a complaint and get a call back. Nobody calls you been on albuterol inhaler for 25 years somebody at the Missoula Saint Joe’s canceled. It haven’t had problems getting a new one since then that’s October had to contact Humana who did it for me over the phone Don’t forget the mammogram. I had two years ago. They said I was good for another year. Got a letter in the mail saying as such and two days later, saw a dimple on my breast and had a second round of breast cancer couldn’t even catch it with a mar... read more

I’d prefer to put zero stars but that’s not an option. Do not go here EVER if you suspect you have endometriosis and/or aedonomyosis. 8 years ago I was lied to about surgical findings. This was before Olympia OB became a providence clinic. Then I made the mistake of coming back to Olympia OB. The doctor I saw this time told me that she didn’t think anything could have changed since my surgery 8 years ago after listening to all things horribly wrong with me. I thankfully went somewhere else because I was right. I do have endo... read more

I was referred to Dr. King for knee replacement surgery. I was honest with Dr. King about my alcohol use and told him I used to be a heavy drinker but had cut back by 50%. He asked what my plan for quitting completely is, which took me by surprise as it's not his business to know my long term lifestyle plans w/regard to drinking. I told him my long term plan was to reduce my drinking to just weekends. From this moment on he treated my surgical consultation like a substance abuse intervention. I told him I would have no probl... read more

The best thing I did for my mother inlaw was leave this place. We were caregivers for her and we had more problems with setting appointments filling hours and over all care at this facility. The would send a bus to pick my mother inlaw up for an appointment that they made but failed to tell us about the appointment. The made a dental appointment for her and gave it to us to take her to the appointment. We arrived at the dental office and were told they knew nothing about an appointment. A waisted drive. We were told that we ... read more
