He asks the right questions and helps you out when you aren’t too familiar in the jewelry industry. I came in with an idea and he brought it to life!! Best experience and amazing work. After reaching out to several "big brand" ring companies with my custom ring vision and feeling disappointed about their limitations and high pricing, I found Valeria on google. I asked for a smaller version of a signet ring and he delivered! The original is on the right, new one on the left. He was very transparent about pricing worked with me to get exactly the design I wanted in the timeframe I needed. Very communicative and easy to work with + great quality product!
Working with Lucas was a blast!!! I wanted to customize Valeria's non-traditional class ring style with some side emblems I designed and add in some gemstones. Lucas made it happen (see attached pictures)!!! Lucas was very professional and very communicative when I had questions about his processes and pricing. Lucas designed, sourced, and made a custom necklace from a logo of wife's business. He advised me at every step. Super prompt and clear on information. Gave it to my wife on anniversary and she LOVES it! Meant so much to her. The final piece is flawless, elegant, and better than I could have hoped. Huge recommendation!
