I have started my journey with valer around 2 and half years ago for my braces. Every visit I have been to they have been so nice and are really educated. My braces come off January 30th and I am so exited for this new journey. Valer has done amazing at their job.
I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone with expectations of getting invisalign, I took my daughter in since the end of August for consultation we decided to get the braces we still YET TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT THAT IM PAYING MONTHLY FOR, I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND ESPECIALLY FR OFFICE MANAGER STEPHANIE SHE DOES NOT COMMUNICATE STILL YET TO LET ME KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH THE BRACES I CALL AND GET PUT ON HILD FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL I HANG UP NECER RECEIVE A CALL BACK AND THEY WILL NOT CONNECT ME WITH SOME... read more
Went to my late appointment today for a broken bracket at 7pm. Checked in 10 minutes before, I even acknowledged my payment for my bracket, was “checked in” and even charged for the service. Waited almost 50 minutes, all front staff saw me were gathered talking, music loud, cleaning no one came to ask me if i was waiting, the security guard acknowledged me and was the reason I was seen.
