This place was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. After they rescheduled my appointment, they claimed they could accommodate the time I originally scheduled—but only if I agreed to a shortened session for my autistic son. When I tried to refuse, they asked me if I was refusing all services. I said yes out of confusion, and immediately afterward, they told me they would inform my pediatrician that I was refusing any services.
