I just settled in a new apartment constructed by Valeo. They let me move in with the tape on window did not clean and a lot of other problems. I has raised the problem but have waited more than 3 months and no one take action!
Valeo are honestly the worst when it comes to actually finishing a project. Been waiting for months for them to actually finish the building that 30 apartments of people moved into three months ago. They refuse to fix anything, commit to finishing the building work, zero communication and I honestly would not recommend anyone to work with them. We are getting so frustrated with them.
My experience with Valeo has been very unfortunate and i do not recommend you use them for your build. To your face they are pleasant and seem willing, but when it comes down to deliverying a quality product, Communication, Defect resolution or customer support, they are horrible and do not care at all.
