Took money out of my kpers return under the wrong name. They are to expensive. Iv never actually physically been to this place but apparently just a call cost $160..... if that's what they charge to tell the hospital your okay after a few questions im never going to this place during crisis.

I went in due to some personal stuff and got told a check up to talk was FREE I repeat they said it was free yet now they're charging me a hundred and sixty dollars service fee I was lied to when I was in a vulnerable situation I have no job, no car and no way to pay I was taken advantage of by Valeo health care do not go to them
I was notified by my peer support worker David and his supervisor after hours on a conference call. I was dealing with some very serious depression and they both made it a point to tell me I wasn't worth anything and will never have the support I was needing. Yes after office hours on conference call. Most importantly they shared my personal information without my consent to a third party. This isn't all they did. Zero HIPPA privacy and ZERO care for a person expecting any crisis management.
