True, square cut (as it should) Chicago pies. Or at least as close as you’re gonna get down here in this foresaken land of NY pizza. Id pick this over Giordano’s or Lou’s. The only better places I could recommend are 1,200+ miles away, in Chi!🙌 Psa: Grumbleys tends to taste even closer to home the day after refrigeration and proper reheating methods, so get the big one! Edit- After this review, we stopped receiving square cut pies lol. Be sure to ask in case

I ordered online and made a simple request that the pizza be cut into squares vs the normal triangle slices ( it’s what the kids wanted). When the pizza arrived it was ice cold and not cut the way I requested. I called and spoke to “Tracy” and she said we’re really busy ( as to why it was cold, I’m assuming multiple deliveries) and then said you could always take a knife to it and cut it into squares yourself. I really like this place but unfortunately, I think this is gonna be the last time, There’s almost never a time they don’t mess up my order. I’ve politely driven back on multiple occasions to get it fixed and they’ve done it but at this point, I’m tired of having to make two trips to get what I ordered. I ordered a Mac bowl and no onions because I can’t eat them and ricotta which clearly is not here but guess what is there… The onions!
