Would give a lower rating if I could. Ordered for pick up. Its a good thing I did, if I didn't show up they never would have made the order.
Normally Valentino’s Pizza is on point but tonight they rushed my order and burned my pizza. I told them I wanted to dine in but they packed my pizza to go and didn’t even tell me. I waited awhile before figuring it out. My coke was put in a to go cup and I had to ask for refills. Normally I wouldn’t return to an establishment with this kind of service but I know the standards better and expect more. Very disappointed!

Fantastic food but some of the worst service you will have in your life... And they constantly blame the customers for the screw ups. The food is good though, so the place keeps humming along.

Prob the best NY pizza joint around here. Born and raised in NY, also worked at a pizzeria for over 5 years and these guys got it right. They get 4 stars because occasionally you get a pie that is not the best. Its almost allays because they don't adjust the amount of water when making the dough to the weather. It is a true science, as you must always manually adjust the water content according to the humidity or dryness of the air..
