Went in to get a pedicure and a fill in. I SPECIFICALLY told the receptionist I wanted HARD GEL. They did my pedicure and when it came time to do my nails NOBODY knows how to do hard gel. So I’m stuck with on color on my toes and without ANYTHING done to my nails. What’s the purpose of asking me what I wanted and then can’t deliver the service. Valentino Concord is so inconsistent with the pricing and quality. I’ve constantly had to come back the next day, on multiple occasions just to get something corrected. I got a pedicure yesterday evening, came back this morning to get it repaired and I swear it looks even worse with them redoing it. The gel is sloppy and polish all over the toes. I continue to give them a chance out of pure convenience but I am going to begin my search for a better salon.
Usually, I have a good experience with them, but this time was different. My appointment felt very rushed, it was over in about 30 minutes. There was acrylic around my nails, some of them were uneven, and they were different lengths. After about a week, my nails started lifting. Not worth the money for my nails to only last about two weeks.
First time at this location for a pedicure and SNS nails. Pedicure was great and the only reason why I am giving 2 stars and not 1. When I was switched to the nail tech I was informed the color I had chosen was not available in SNS colors. No problem, I can find another color. I was giving 2 books to choose from and told that was all the salon had. Looking around on the wall of all the jars of powder…..seemed incorrect but okay. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and received just that! Everyone was so friendly, the service was relaxing and I left happy! The establishment was so clean and smelt amazing.
