worst nail set i have ever had. nail tech ignored my requests. the final looked completely different from the inspo picture. won’t be coming back. Tech also got rough when asked to narrow the shape of nails
If I can give this nail salon 0 or negative stars I would! I got my nails done last Sunday June 21st now it's Saturday June 27th. Not even a week my French tip nails are peeling off !! I never write bad reviews but I had to say something. I called they said it's a 3-5 Grace period, I work full time I don't have time to get my nails done again for the second when I don't have that much time to begin with. Do not get eyebrows done here me and my friend went they messed up both our eyebrows with no explanation.
Ms. Destiny is the best of the best me and my daughter had a problem with a nail tech and my daughter didn't like her nails or the service and it was rushed but she helped us so much and is one of the nicest people I have ever met! I wasn't going to come back after today, but when you have such a bright positive person at the front it helps I will be back and I know who to call on if I have a problem again!
Went to Valentino on Saturday morning, not busy at all wanted a full set and asked the guy at front desk to put me with someone that know how to do nails and can shape them correctly. He said he couldn't recommend anyone because he can loose his job. He then said everyone here does a good job. I sat down with this woman showed her a Pic of crome design and told her I wanted almond shape.
