Valentine & his crew was absolutely stellar. Came in & looked at roof, had estimate same night & scheduled roof repair a week & a half out. It was a bigger job than anticipated: a lot more damage to plywood (40 sheets!), very limited tar paper covering & protecting existing plywood, missing metal screws, chimney flashing was subpar,...the list goes on.
