Sheri is the worst human i’ve ever met. my apartment at 4560 arapahoe ave was broken in to three times and they never did anything about it. sheri herself entered my apartment without my permission multiple times. she is heartless and careless and the worst property manager ever.
In my longtime experience as a renter in Boulder County, Sheri (and Karen) has been the most responsive, communicative property management team yet, and by far the easiest to work with. In times that I've needed to contact them, emails or calls have been returned on the same day, and when maintenance issues have come up the turn around has been quick. I've never experienced the management office to be less than immediately helpful. Bottom line, if you're a responsible and respectful tenant, you'll be valued in the same way.
Valentiner has been the property manager of the apartment we rent since we moved in 4 years ago. My wife and I have never experienced anything like what some other reviewers are describing. Both Sheri and Karen have always been responsive, courteous, helpful and kind in their dealings with us.
As many people know the stress in finding a new place to call home. I would just like to take a minute to inform people of what CROOKS Sheri and Karen are. They seem so sweet on the outside but on the inside they are complete scam artists that give you nothing but the run around. They state pets allowed on their website and craigslist adds and when you go to apply they rudely inform you they do not accept pets. Abort abort abort. Hire a lawyer if you can and get out of your lease. Sheri is nice on the outside and s scam artist on the inside. If you think you are the perfect tenant...so did I. I left the apartment much cleaner than when I received it. It doesn't matter. Her units are falling apart and she knows you can't take her to court so she gouges as much as she can.
