I was early as requested to fill out my questionnaire, and waited to be called in for my 1:30 appointment. I sat in the chair waiting while the podiatrist was on his cell phone out in the hallway. He kept passing by not even acknowledging me and kept right on talking, which from the conversation I heard was of no great importance. At 1:45 I decided to leave as it seemed his call was more important than the client. My time is just as valuable as his in my opinion.
I really do like the service
I have received excellent care here so far! The only complaint is the office doesn't always return voice-mails. Everyone is friendly and treats you with much respect. Dr. Valentine Hamilton took her time with me and was very detailed about everything.
