My roof started leaking a year after getting solar. The solar roofer came out and said the issue was the transition between my main roof and the porch addition. I reached out to Valentine (they had been recommended on local FB group that is my first stop for local home repair connections) to get a quote on this repair. Hmm where do I start with this company. No call no show after 5 hours of waiting? No call or reschedule. Got on the phone with a woman that seemed to be in charge of sending teams out to maintenance teams to locations had absolutely no idea what was going on because she was at the dentist had no idea about what needed to be fixed here.
