First experience was great. Today was BAD. Had a pedicure and the Polish was thick and lumpy. I asked for it to be corrected and they just added 2more layers of uneven polish. One nail had to be redone completely and even then, it still didn't look right. Had my eyebrows done, now they are uneven. I even had to come home and pluck stray hairs myself. No one else was in the shop, so there was no need for my services not to be done correctly.
