3 weeks after the new generator broke down (2 days into Ida) I still haven’t had any response whatsoever. I had to pay a Generac technician to look at it from another company and it needs major parts. I have a maintenance contract with Valentine’s and they were supposed to do an inspection 4 days before the hurricane but they cancelled last minute. They were advertising generators for sale the day after the hurricane. Absolutely disgusting
