I have been a customer with Valentine Mechanical Services for many years now. I have always been appreciative of their services and their service technicians. Today, I met Darrin Gonzales their service tech for the first time. Darrin was engaging, explained to me what was on his agenda for this service visit, and suggested that I may want to close my computer, while HE was going to be performing certain electrical tests. Does not stand by their HVAC work because they don't even do HVAC anymore. A warranty is only as good as the company that issues it, and this company, and the goofballs they had doing their work, was flakey from the start.
Generator cleaned up & running… RUSTY did an excellent job! Very pleased.
They came out to fix my generator. The parts took forever to come in which was not their fault but there was no communication about an ETA. I had to call several times. When they finally came in, we set up an appointment for them to come out. My husband took off of work. We got a call from them the day before cancelling and had to reschedule and someone needed to be home which resulted in me having to take off of work. Fast forward a few months and our power went out today for the first time since they "fixed" our generator.... read more
Paid 4200 dollars for generator repair a few months ago. First time the electricity went out the generator kicked on and fried thousands of dollars of appliances and various electrical components In my house. Called them to get some help and they told me I had to pay for a service visit and then they hung up on me when I said that was ridiculous and I would not pay more money. Im out over 10 thousand dollars with damages to my appliances and the generator repair costs and still have no working generator and they won't help m... read more
