Have been here for several periods over the last few years for weight loss and a very low calorie diet program. Staff knows what it takes to achieve your weight loss goals and coach you through it. It’s the real deal. No gimmick, fads or trendy diets. It’s all sound medical and nutritional practice, with the key on a patient’s behavior. Excellent coaching and support during a program with medical oversight. I’ve lost 40 lbs over the last few years. I highly recommend them as a trusted Professional office and staff.

So far I've lost 74 pounds in 19 weeks and feel great! They really teach you how to change your eating habits and use food in a way to work with your body vs against it. All-in-all I feel better everywhere. My brain fog is gone, I can focus and complete tasks, I have more energy, my inflammation is gone, and I sleep at night. No more insomnia!! I am so appreciative to have found Valentine Health. My experience was truly amazing. I lost a total of 28.4 pounds. The staff was very knowledgeable and supportive and I appreciate them in assisting me with my weight loss journey. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is serious about weight loss.
