I ordered flowers from Valentine Florist and was very disappointed. The arrangement looked fine at first but the flowers started dying the next day. When I called to explain the issue, the staff wasn’t helpful or willing to make it right. Definitely not the experience I expected and I wouldn’t recommend based on the poor product quality and customer service.
Paul was very helpful receiving my orders for a memorial service that began as an after hour email with a surprised after hour reply. Phone call follow-up was very informative and helpful with an email confirmation and reminder of their delivery. The flower arrangements were each beautifully arranged, brimming with fresh flowers, each looking vibrant. The widow was very touched and extremely pleased. Lily Love, Hope, and Harmony were well worth their values.
Bought flowers for a special occasion. Paul was quick, knowledgeable, and provided the perfect product for my needs and budget. Highly recommend for any occasion. If he doesn’t have the specific flower, he can order it. The shop is hard to find but worth it.
