I live out of state and have been sending flowers through Teleflora to some of my friends and relatives for fifteen years and this is the first time I have had an experience like this with a local florist. The first picture is what I ordered online. The top of the line premium arrangement. The second photo is what was actually sent by Valentine Floral. I absolutely love Ray and Mauricio! The floral arrangement they graciously sent me is absolutely beautiful for my birthday. The smell.... is heavenly. Such beautiful flowers from beautiful people. Thank you both so much. You guys have made my day perfect.

I ordered flowers for a co-workers family funeral. I clearly added a message to my order confirmed by an email receipt. The flowers were delivered with no message to the family or who they were from. I called and spoke to owner Ray who just made excuse after excuse. He could of cared less and offered no solution. I would not recommend or will not use again.
