I used Valentia for the sale of my co-op. I signed 3% with her and did not sign for the sellers agent to get any percentage on the contract. At closing she added a 2.5% going to the sellers agent which I never legally signed or verbally agreed too. The most unprofessional, unethical, and sneaky way to do business. She also referred her own lawyer and at closing the lawyer defended her and I was left paying thousands. They both scammed me. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
