It is so obvious flowers are Joyce's life. She really cares and wants to make every dollar count. She spent a lot of time with me picking out the perfect arrangement and it turned out beautiful.
I received birthday flowers today 24 Feb 2011 and was very disappointed. Arrangement was fine, vase ok, but no bow, NOT EVEN A RIBBON!!! I will give my friend who sent the flowers to me some other choices in floral needs.
